This is Apple’s gateway tool for remote diagnostics on Macs in networks and requires Apple Service Diagnostics designed for Netboot.

About Gateway Manager

Gateway Manager is a software application used to remotely configure and manage servers on the Diagnostic Gateway as well as access logs created by diagnostic tools.

To view information about the Diagnostic Gateway, select DIAGNOSTIC GATEWAY in the left pane of the Gateway Manager window, then select the Overview tab.

To avoid repeating myself. I have limited access to the GSX tech files and I’ve not had a use for this yet. But from my understanding you only need a GSX account to submit the diagnostic results/logs. However, the same logs should be on the local drive the diags were run from. I can’t be of much more help other than Apple’s help forums. The AST OS netboot images with the custom OSes have some interesting things for those that like to tinker with OSes or drivers/kexts. All 5 AST OSes were updated the day before this was.
